Local workbook data

Standalone local tools process spreadsheet data in your browser. On-device drafts, recovery checkpoints or saved results can include original bytes and cell values. Browser storage is subject to quota, retention and eviction.

Account information

Email/password accounts use your email and username; Google sign-in uses your linked Google identity and email. Account and token records support identity, access and tool accounting.

Conversations and attachments

Ask TidyCell stores the conversations and files you explicitly attach to it as private account data. AI requests use the instructions and context supplied to the selected model; review the selected context before sending it.

Templates

Editable template plans and finished workbook versions can be stored in your account. Completing a public template makes its published workbook available to other people. Review the completion and visibility controls before sharing sensitive information.

Usage measurement

When enabled, first-party analytics records page visits, navigation clicks, acquisition categories and bounded tool activity. A random browser identifier lasts at most 30 days; authenticated activity can be linked through a server-generated anonymous account reference. Private owner research records typed AI requests, conversation references, signup timing and confirmed token use. Obvious emails, phone-like numbers and credential patterns are redacted from request excerpts. Workbook contents, attachments and full referral URLs are excluded from this research. Request excerpts and raw session activity expire after 30 days. Do Not Track and your analytics preference stop this collection. Operational account and payment records are separate.

Your choices
