Do I need an account?
Sign in to finish a tool action. Change File Type costs no tokens. Google sign-in and email accounts are available. Guides and product information are available without an account.
What do I get when I sign up?
A verified account receives 200 tokens once after verification. Ask replies use measured tokens. Each tool shows its current cost before confirmation; file conversion is free and other completed actions use tokens.
What changes with Pro?
Every current tool is available on every plan. Pro is $12 per month with 1,000 monthly tokens. Paid tokens roll over and remain available after cancellation.
Does my spreadsheet leave my device?
Standalone local workbook tools process files in your browser. Files you explicitly attach to Ask TidyCell become part of that saved conversation. Formula and chart AI requests show their selected context before you send it.
Will my formulas and formatting survive?
Preservation depends on the tool, file type and transformation. Supported workbook tools retain features within their stated boundaries and refuse unsupported changes. A values-only conversion does not preserve formulas, styling or workbook features.
Can a tool clean everything in one click?
Tidy review checks supported workbooks for cleanup opportunities. Choose which suggested cell changes to apply, then review or undo them. Row removal, splitting, comparison and matching remain separate focused tasks.
